Hello players and parents,

This year, we are adding some options to the registration process. First, all medical and registration forms will be handled outside of registration at a later date or at equipment checkout. This includes sports physicals, medication release, NHFC forms, HFC forms, transcripts, and more. 

Also, we are giving the option to pay the ESTIMATED Florida and Homeschool Classic fees up front. These are subject to change. Any amount over the estimated cost will be due before the event. Any amount under the estimated amount will be refunded. 

We will be offering credit/debit card only payment plans. These will include the following fees: Registration, Equipment Fees, Florida (optional), HFC (optional). The CPA fee and the fund raising opt out are not eligible for payment plans and are due up front.

Lastly, the Coaching staff strives to ensure that the cost of the program is affordable for the vast majority of players and never want finances to be the reason a player is unable to participate. In order to cover the cost of the program and not place that financial burden solely on the shoulders of the families. That is why we require a minimum fundraising amount for each player to raise. However, we have heard from some families that they would like the option to simply pay the minimum and not be required to fundraise. This year, we are adding this option. If you would like to meet your minimum fundraising balance simply by paying it upfront, that option will be provided. The minimum for this year is $500. If selected, this entire amount is due up front and not eligible for a payment plan.
